Get back into your body and ready to restart your speciality circus training in Term 3. This free workshop will see them revisit the foundations of their circus practice with strength and flexibility conditioning in a fun and focused way. A great opportunity to create new habits or restart old ones. Following stage 2 guidelines there will be no contact during these sessions. These classes are for those aged 16 years and above. Due to covid-19 restrictions they’re only able to offer limited spaces to 20 people per class. So, bookings are a must! You can book for a single class or the whole series. If, for whatever reason, you find yourself unable to attend after making a booking, please let them know by emailing them so that we can open up the space to anyone who may have missed out....
